He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Wanda Mae Propes Clark. He is survived by: his spouse Nikka Woodworth Clark of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Rita Sue Clark Berger (Bryan), Ricky Clark (Arnita) and Rodney Clark (Katie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
