Richard Warren Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Warren of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Richard's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Richard has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Warren and Sarah Alice Cage Warren; his sister Wilma Grozier; and his niece Terri Morris. He is survived by: his wife Iva Philpott Warren of Lawrenceburg, KY; his sister Rita Martin of Denton, TX; his niece Shari Milton; and his children, Deana Taylor (Lee) of Franklin, TN and Jeffry Redin of Louisville. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sand Spring Baptist Church (1616 Harrodsburg Rd, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
