He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla Kay Uhl Mackay; his parents, James H. Mackay and Lucy Leane Balfe Mackay; and his daughters, Lisa Darlene Mackay Quinn and Ethel Regina Flaherty.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Kayla Marie Wise (Andrew Michael); and his great grandchildren, Keaton Johnson, Kinley Johnson, Nash Wise, Teagan Wise and Madalyn Wise.
