He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen Cummins and Elsie Pauline Dennis Carpenter; his grandson Briar Scott House; and his siblings, Marvin Eugene "Bootie" Cummins, Don Allen Cummins and Barbara Sue Beasley.
He is survived by: his children, Fran Wells (Chris) of Lawrenceburg, Robert Allen Cummins of Lawrenceburg, Stephanie Garlen (Drew) of Lawrenceburg and Chasity House (Bryce) of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Jessica Satterley (Robert), Chelsey Caldwell, Josey Wells, Alli Johnson, RJ Cummins, Breana Cummins, Chailyn Morrison, Gavin Cummins-Clark, Sophia Cummins-Garlen, Kamryn Beasley, Kori Beasley, Autumn Garland, Addie Garland, Wesley Garland and Garrett Garland. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
