He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Grubbs and Dorris Bryant Grubbs; and his brother Terry Grubbs. He is survived by: his wife Donna Middleton Grubbs "Bishop"; his sons, Tommy Grubbs (Pam) of Frankfort and Jason Grubbs (Mossie) of Lawrenceburg; his stepchildren, Sara Heightchew of Lawrenceburg, Amanda Cook (Chris) of Lawrenceburg, Rhonda Hatton (Leslie) of Bardstown, Brandon Bishop (Christy) of Lawrenceburg and Matt Bishop of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Brooke Routt (Cory), Dustin Grubbs (Danielle), Tyler Grubbs (Paige), Emily and Will Cox; his great grandchild Carter Routt; and his sisters, Lorraine Beavers (Gene) of Bloomfield, Nancy Bailey of Lawrenceburg and Kathy Curtsinger of Fairfield.
