He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby Fair and Deva Jean Caudill Fair. He is survived by: his son David A. Fair of Frankfort, KY.; and his siblings, Danny K. Jones and Robin Estes of Waynesburg, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
