She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Berry Hatchett and Nettie Hoskins Hatchett; and her siblings, Katherine Samples, Bill Hatchett, Everett Hatchett, Oliver "Bob" Hatchett, Francis Monroe and Hilry Hatchett.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Allen Perry (Sherlan) of Lexington and Ernie Wayne Perry (Pam) of Lexington; her granddaughters, Laurel Katelyn Perry Fawcett (Joshua) of Wilmore and Kyleigh Madison Perry McClure (Thomas) of Grayson, KY; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kamden, Addison and Lillie Fawcett; and her brothers, Donnie and Willis Hatchett of Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
