The passing of Marjorie McRay McCall of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassius McRay and Mary Catherine McRay (Thompson); and her brother William Loyd McRay. She is survived by: her children, Pennie Black of Lawrenceburg, KY and Jeffery Robinson; her siblings, Anna Lee Watkins of Colorado Springs, CO, Earl (Norman McRay) and Mercer Co; her grandchildren, Keerstin Black, Jewel Toll, Brandie Pontrich and Jeffery Robinson II; and her great grandchildren, Kris Williams, Jessalynn Pontrich, Seth Pontrich and Jeffery Robinson III.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Kirkwood Cemetery.
