He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Alexander Hawkins and Ruby Kinder Hawkins; and his siblings, Tommy Hawkins, Jerome Hawkins, Betty Phillips and Ida Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Willis Hawkins, Jr. (Loretta Lynn) of Versailles and Elizabeth Pruitt of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Logan Hawkins, George Dylan Hawkins and Alexandria Pruitt; and his siblings, Geneva Riley of Salvisa, Tillie Ruth Doss of Salvisa, Dennie Hawkins (Bonnie) of Lawrenceburg, Jimmie Hawkins of Lawrenceburg and Millard Hawkins of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
