Spear of Lawrenceburg, KY; her children, Melissa Spear of St. Louis, MO, Todd Spear (Karen) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Gregory Spear of Frankfort, KY.; her siblings, Tym Ricketts (Johnnie) of Campbellsburg, KY. and John Warren Moody (Betty) of Bethlehem, KY.; and her grandchildren, Brittany Spear of Louisville, KY, Orey Spear of Los Angeles, CA, Devin McKenzie (Alex) of Paris, KY and Ben Spear of Wilder, KY..
