She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Alexander Hodson, Jr.; her parents, Eugene Allen Waterfill and Mary Etta Edmonson Waterfill; and her stepgranddaughter Amber Reese. She is survived by: her son Thomas Allen Stratton (Sheila); her grandchildren, Drew Stratton and Katie Dailey (Jeremy); her stepgrandson Jason Searcy; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Casen Estes and J. J. Searcy; her sister Karen Ann Caldwell (Roger); and her niece Mary Crystal Johnston (Rusty).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
