It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Wayne Barnett (Lawrenceburg, Kentucky), born in Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hedy Shouse Barnett and James "J. R." "Jake" Barnett. He is survived by: his sisters, Glenda Gay of Lawrenceburg and Libby Ann Goodlett (Drew) of Lawrenceburg; his nieces, Dawn Cheak (Don) of Greenbrier, TN and Taylor Westerfield (Casie) of Lawrenceburg; and his nephew Brent Campbell of Lexington.
