She is survived by: her children, Steven Michael Forbes (Wendy) of Lawrenceburg and Melissa Kay Case of Lawrenceburg; her grandson Kurtis Forbes; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Elliot and Silas Forbes; her sister-in-law Mary Burke of Ashland; and her niece Eryn Burke of Ashland.
