He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Francis Puckett and Lula Mae Wells Puckett; and his siblings, Sidney Puckett, James Puckett, Harold L. Puckett, Charles A Puckett and Margaret Overstreet.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ann Tipton Puckett; his daughters, Luann Puckett (Johnny Perkins) of Lawrenceburg and Alisha Puckett (Matt Seay) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Denver Puckett, Knox Perkins, Ryleigh Perkins, Nathan Seay and Curtis Puckett; and his siblings, Marcella Miller of Florida, Frances Stine of Burgin and Jerry Puckett (Linda) of Lawrenceburg.
To abide by the regulations set forth by the State of Kentucky all persons attending a visitation or funeral (public or private) will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
