He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sam and Annie Dudley Sam. He is survived by: his wife Enid Sam of Lawrenceburg; his daughter Akevia Sheppard of Frankfort; and his siblings, Stephenia Brown (Julius) of Detroit, MI, Rozalynn Sam of Detroit, MI, Marcia Taft (Anthony) of Oxford, NC and Arvin Sam (Malinda) of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
