He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Perry and Ruby Franklin Perry; his grandson Timothy Brian Perry; and his siblings, Helen Perry Hume (Elmer), Arnold "Buck" Perry (Jo Ann) and William Ronald "Ronnie" Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hoskins Perry; his children, Tim Perry (Jody) of Lawrenceburg and Kathy Perry Adams of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Chris Perry (Jan-Robyn), Ashlyn Adams, Courtlyn Sosby (Nick) and Jennifer Perry (late Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Jared, Jordan and John Denney; his sister Nancy Bowen (late Ralph) of Lawrenceburg; and his sister-in-law Brenda Perry (late Ronnie) of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
