She was predeceased by: her aunt Judy Smith; and her uncles, Enoch Smith and Larry Smith. She is survived by: her sister Mossie Grubbs (Jason) of Lawrenceburg; her niece Brooke Grubbs Routt (Cory) of Lawrenceburg; her nephew Dustin Grubbs of Lawrenceburg; and her aunts and uncles, Gene Smith (Becky) of Nicholasville, Jimmy Smith of Frankfort, Joann Walker of Lawrenceburg, Betty Neff (Stacey) of Lancaster and Sandy Smallwood (Rocky) of Nicholasville.
To abide by the regulations set forth by the State of Kentucky all persons attending a visitation or funeral (public or private) will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
