He is survived by: his fiancée Amy Pantoja; his fiancée's children, Jade, Antonio, Gerardo, Rosa and Jose; his mother Maria Isabel Medellin Soto; his children, Joselin Perez "Josi" Soto, Mariana Perez Soto, Isaias Perez "Chino" Soto and Misael Perez "Misa" Soto; and his siblings, Amalia Perez Medellin, Genaro Nino Medellin and Dilon Alexander Nino Medellin.
