He is survived by: his wife Betty Lester Cook; his children, George Cook, Jr. of Lawrenceburg, Mylinda Schooling of Louisville, Julia Shields (Kristi) of Lawrenceburg and Joyce L. Cook of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Jason Schooling, Eric Schooling, Jordan Wright (Chris), Joshua Shields, Jessie Cook and Jenna Cook. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
