Hall, Jr. and Tammy Counts Hall; his sisters, Alexis Hall and Makayla Hall of Harold; and his grandparents, Lillie Hall of Clay City, Jim Counts and Rita Counts of Clintwood, VA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
