She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Donald Ellis; her parents, James Allen Durr and Sarah Elizabeth Woodridge Durr; her son Jerry Ellis, Jr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Goodlett, Juanita Sayre, Shirley Carter, Thelma Beasley, Ronald Durr, Donald Durr and William Thomas Durr.
She is survived by: her sons, Jamie Ellis, Dwayne Ellis and Dale Ellis (Lynn); her daughter-in-law Sandy Ellis; her grandson Neil Hunter Ellis; and her sisters, Sharon Bowman and Janet Skelton (Steve).
