She was predeceased by: her husband Durwood Butler; her parents, Roy Blacketer and Beulah Johnny Sims Blacketer; her son Ricky Blacketer; and her siblings, Margaret Blacketer, Jean Adams, Kathy Stratton, Billy Blacketer, James Blacketer, Roy Blacketer, Jr., Terry Blacketer and Connie Blacketer.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Cheak (John) of Lawrenceburg, Michael Butler (Diane) of Frankfort, Randy Butler of Nicholasville and Nina Peavler of Nicholasville; her siblings, Laura Smith (Troy) of Lawrenceburg and Bobby Blacketer (Joyce) of Harrodsburg; and her close friend Glenn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
