He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Thomas Chisholm, Sr. and Carrie Mae Lee Chisholm; his brother Gilbert Chisholm; his half-brother Hillis Chisholm; and his sister Phyllis Chisholm Webster.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Chisholm (Azilea) of Lawrenceburg, KY. He is also survived by three nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
