He was predeceased by: his parents, Shela Carlton Rucker and Marion Rucker; and his brothers, Eldon Rucker, Beryl Rucker, Gale Rucker and Hugh Allen Rucker.
He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Rucker Pittman; his daughters, Lucy Nelson (Nick) and Sally Rucker (Teddy Mims); and his grandsons, Jack Robert Nelson and Owen David Nelson. He is also survived by two beautiful daughters, and my GRANDSONS.
