It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lewis of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irvine and Sally Lee Thomas Lewis; and his sister Janet Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Lewis of Lawrenceburg, Cheryl Sheese (Joshua) of Lawrenceburg and Sarah Galloway (Joey); his grandchildren, Ciara House, Jasper Lewis, Hannah Darst, Tilley Darst, Anakin Sheese, Naomi Sheese, Marvin Galloway, Joey Galloway and Tobey Galloway; his great grandchild Mia Darst; and his sisters, Linda Durham of Lawrenceburg and Gail Wheeler (Jerry) of Lawrenceburg.
