She was predeceased by: her spouse W. B.; her parents, Miller Smiley and Mary Edna Hall Smiley; her daughter Vivian Conn Hamilton; and her siblings, Erman, Donald, Charles Floyd Smiley, Lillian Smiley Akers, Sula Smiley, Survelva Smiley, Eula Smiley Conn and Beulah Smiley Samons.
She is survived by: her sons, Dexter Conn (Dorothy) of Dana, KY, Anthony Conn (Leica) of Banner, KY and Mickey Conn (Sara) of Lawrenceburg, KY; her son-in-law Rocky Hamilton; her sister Louanna Smiley Conn (Sue); and her grandchildren, Reggie Hamilton, Joshua Hamilton, Mindy Conway, Justin Conn, Steven Conn, James Austin Conn, Dalton Conn and Mickea Conn. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
