He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Otis Fultz, Sr. and Edna Mills Ballinger; and his half-sister Arlene McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Paulette Cammuse Fultz of Lawrenceburg; his children, Ricky Fultz of Lawrenceburg and Lesha Wilburn (Charles) of Lawrenceburg; his stepdaughters, Jennifer English (Craig) of Clio, MI and Kimberly Robinson (Jeff) of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Clyde Otis Fultz, Jr. and Alice Cirillo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
