He is survived by: his wife Judith Gail Evans (Scott); his daughter Tonya Farley of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Noah Farley of Lawrenceburg and Kristin Farley of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Billy Evans, Dennis Evans, Jean Evans and Phyllis McIntosh.
