He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Edward Evans and Mary Elizabeth Montgomery Evans; and his sisters, Brenda Perry and Connie Kinder. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Evans of Frankfort and Buddy Evans, Jr. of Harrodsburg; his grandchildren, Austin Evans and Caitlyn Evans; his great grandchildren, Levi Hemze and Carter Hemze; his siblings, Carlotta Hatchett (Willis), Clinton Edward Evans, Jr. (Shirley), Donnie Evans, Leon Evans (Terri) and Deborah Hobbs (late Melvin); his niece Tammy Tinsley (Raymond); and his close friends, Ricky Fultz, Shawn Slayton and Tyler Wilson. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
