He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Hyatt and Nell Redman Hyatt Austin; his wife Nina Pearl Sea Hyatt; his son Steven Warren Hyatt; and his siblings, Jess Allen Hyatt, Guy Hyatt and Elsie Lee Hyatt Corn.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Gail Penwell of Frankfort, William Kieth Hyatt of Lawrenceburg and Dana Kay Lyens of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Terry Duckwall (Leslie), Stephanie Horn (Gene), William "Billy" Hyatt, Jr., Benjamin Shepard, Brandy Smith (James), Tonya Lyens, Zachary Penwell and Tiffany Lyens. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren.
