He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Katherine Scanlon Proctor; his sons, Rodney Proctor and Mark Proctor; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Proctor and Cheryl Jean Best.
He is survived by: his sons, Darryl Proctor (Alice) of Lawrenceburg and Jason Proctor (Kristen) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Travis, Destiny, Autumn, Amanda, Kendra, Jeremy, Erica, Maddison, Jonathon and Brittany; and his siblings, Gala June Oliver, James Paul Proctor (Marsha), Jackie Carol Trent (Kenneth) and Sheila Jane Wood (David). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
