She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosea Ralph Casey and Geneva Thelma Overstreet Casey; her husband William Rusty Hawkins; and her siblings, Margaret Ann Campbell, Norman Casey and Ralph Casey Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Serina Renee Cooke (Brian) and Earl Shane Hawkins (Katy); her sisters, Verna Mae Boggess, Edith Fint and Jenny Shyrock; and her grandchildren, Dylan Thomas Hawkins, Megan Renee Hawkins, Alexis Marie Cooke, Dallan Tanner Hawkins, William Brooks Hawkins, Makaya Ballinger and Ben Ballinger. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
