He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Preston Stratton and Eva Currens Stratton; his wife Rhonda Gail Stratton; his siblings, Mae Redmon, Gertie Hill, Francis Ellis, Rebecca Clem, William Kenneth Stratton, Bobby Stratton and Sherman Stratton; and his sons-in-law, Lyndon Johnson and Sean Peterman.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Stratton (Ginger) of Greenville, SC, Vicki Melton (Steve) of Tacoma, WA, Chelan Stratton (Brent) of Lawrenceburg, Tashia Cyporyn (Dennis) of Highland, MI and Lorri Peterman of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Laura Roney (Jason) of Austin, TX, Faith Jackson (Paul) of Tacoma, WA, Anna Packer (Justin) of Tacoma, WA, Bonney Melton-Parker (David) of Tacoma, WA, Jessica Wilkerson (Michael) of Pleasureville, KY, Jonathon Johnson (Bryley) of Lagrange, KY, Conner Johnson of Jerricho, KY, Isabella Peterman and Anabel Peterman; his siblings, Kathalene Bowen, Lyle Stratton (Elizabeth), Lavenia Wayne and Jeanette Sullivan (Bill) of Between, GA; and his sister-in-law Beverly Stratton (Debbie Stratton).
