She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Gilbert Warford; her parents, Lonzo Bowman and Stella Bowman; her grandson Andy Smith; and her siblings, Lonzo 'June Bowman, Jr., Lawrence, John, Kelly, Doc Bowman, Edith Carter, Annetta Robinson, Lora June Serber, Lila Goins, Laura Robinson and Goldie Bowman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Bottom (James) and Donna Bentley (Michael); her grandchildren, Carrie Slugantz of Lawrenceburg, Chad Snapp (Vanessa) of Lawrenceburg and Kelly Smith of Lawrenceburg; and her sisters, Anna Bell Gill and Kitty Riddle. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
