With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alberta Peyton of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alberta left this world on January 28, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Wash and Helen Rachel Thompson Wash; and her siblings, Eugene Stewart Wash, Wilson "Nappy" Wash Jr., Reba Rodgers, Mary Lillian Shyrock, George Washington Wash, Judy Bell Bickers and James Hamilton Wash.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Peyton Taylor; her son-in-law David Brent Taylor; her grandchildren, Jackson Peyton Taylor and Tess Hamilton Taylor; her son Wesley Eugene Peyton; her grandchildren, Morgan and Mckenzie Rhodes; her great grandchild Liam Brock Tucker; her daughter Sunny Peyton Hardin; her grandchildren, Emerson McKenzie Hardin and Bridges Wesley Hardin; her great grandchild Hollie Peyton; and also Hollie Carlisle Peyton. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and special great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
