She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Hofmann; and her parents, Ray Bertke and Margaret Bertke. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Hofmann, Chad Hofmann and Lisa Lockhart (Joe); her sisters, Marlene Bertke and Dodie List (Paul); and her grandchildren, Mitchell Taylor (Kala Dixon), Elise Lockhart, Jacob Hofmann, Kate Lockhart and Alex Lockhart.
