He was predeceased by: his father John H. Battaglia. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Battaglia; his children, Ashley Keen (Shannon), Christopher Branham and Nicholas Branham; the mother of his children Angie Smith; his granddaughter Kaylee; and his siblings, Michael Battaglia (Chris), Bruce Battaglia, Johnny Battaglia, Marcia, Shelly, Nancy Dunning (Tom), Gina Grove (Jay) and Nikki Benson (Andrew).
