He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wilson; his children, Shad Michael Howard (Sharifa) of Cincinnati, OH, Thomas Shannon Howard of Bromley, KY and Gwen Trammel (Steve) of Owenton, KY; his siblings, Rickey Howard (Jody) of Williamstown, KY, Ronnie Howard (Margie) of Cordova, KY, David Howard (Kelly) of Minnesota Lakes, MN and Candace Robin McClanahan of Williamstown, KY.; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Waylon, Zoey, Lylah and Lexi Lou.
