She is survived by: her children, Elaine Soward of Independence, KY, Charleen Steinborn (Charles), Diane Warth (Thomas) and Scott H. Russell (Sharon); and her siblings, George Helmick of Independence, KY and Billie Bryant of Toledo, OH..
