He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Childress and Jane Childress. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Childress; his stepsons, Scott Kinnett and Eric Kinnett; his siblings, Tim Childress, Lisa Fancher and Randy Childress (Liz); and his grandchildren, Corey Kinnett (Bree), Katelynn Kinnett (Ben) and Kayla Kinnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015).
