We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2020, at the age of 91, Louise Neal (Latonia, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Singleton and Lula Mae Singleton; her son Patrick Neal; and her siblings, Charles Singleton, Thomas Singleton and Billie Dorman.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Graf (Ken); and her brother Edward Smith. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
