He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Simons; and his son John Simons, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Laura Simons, Kevin Simons, Jennifer Rohdenburg (Matt) and Christopher Simons (Ashley). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
