He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kingkade and Anna Lee Kingkade; and his siblings, Mary, Richard, Billy and Donnie.
He is survived by: his wife Leann Spenlau Kingkade. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 1 great-nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Benedict Church (338 E 17th St, Covington, KY 41014). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
