He was predeceased by: his parent Silas Monroe; his son David Eual Collins; and his siblings, Anne Sloan, Arthur Collins, John Collins, Bill Collins, Hillard Collins, Jack Collins, Kermit Collins, Willard Collins, Oscar Collins, Earnest Collins and Howard Collins.
He is survived by: his parent Dora Belle Combs Collins; his children, Charles Michael Collins of Spencer, IN, Lynn Michele Richerson of Florence, Deborah Ann Ives (Steve) of Florence, Joyce Elaine Sharp (Bill) of Williamstown, Donna Marie Collins of Latonia, Lisa Kay Ashcraft of Cold Spring and Janet Yvonne Burris (Jeff) of Covington; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Greg, Sarah, Stephanie K., Josh, Elizabeth, Jarrod, Lucas, Sydney, Alec, Wendy and Brittany. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
