She is survived by: her mother Connie Perkins; her daughter Abigail Josephine; her husband Jerry; her son Chris; her siblings, John, Joseph (Jennifer) and Kathleen; her brothers-in-law, Bill (Ann) and David Turner; and her nieces and nephews, Krystin, Johnathan, Christina, Chelsea, Jared, Rachel and Jenna.
