She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Porter and Rose Porter. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Babe" Neff; her children, Cindy Merrill (Bob Reinecke), Julie Morris (Jamie), Mike Neff (Mary Jo), David Neff and Todd Neff (Cindy); and her sister Gerry Lockhart (Jim). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
