She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph C. Sullivan; and her sister Margaret Wilburn. She is survived by: her children, Will Sullivan (Beth), Anita Otten (Tony) and Mark Sullivan (Vickie); and her siblings, Wanda Faye Scalf (Gorman), Sharon Tuttle, Patsy Riley, Kay Warren and Steve Warren. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
