He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Russell and Roxie Russell; his wife Diane Kay Russell (Stubbendeck); and his daughters, Kristy and Misty Russell.
He is survived by: his daughter Karis Russell; and his sisters, Emmy Dittie and Judy Bowen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
