She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Proctor and Martha Jewell Russell; her husband Walter Cecil Cummins, Sr.; her grandson Tiler Lee; and her siblings, Cleo Proctor, Billy Wayne Proctor and Peggy Elder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cecilia Wright (Daniel) of Highland, KY, Susan Cummins of Danville, KY and Candace Cummins (Cody Fox) of Winchester, KY; her sister Gayle Salyers of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Daniel Wright (Amelia), Ryan Wright (Megan), Trentin Hall (Abagayle) and Stewart Wofford; and her great grandchildren, Houston, Kingstin and Waylon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and her church family.
