He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Sr. and Katrena Carpenter Collins of Shelbyville, KY.; his siblings, Austin of Shelbyville, Dylan Collins of Shelbyville and Kimberly Collins of Shelbyville; and his grandparents, Dallas Carpenter, Peggy Adams of Lancaster and Alice Collins. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
